Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email us at contact@weberzway.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we'll cover it and make it right.
